5 plus years' experience in an HR management role, ideally within dynamic, growth-oriented, high-tech, remote or hybrid environments
Experience designing, implementing and managing the success of innovative compensation and performance management systems
Own the development and management of People team OKRs
Intermediate to Expert level Excel/Google Workspace skills, and experience with various apps including Slack, BambooHR, CultureAmp, Lattice, ERI, Notion, Asana
Partner with the Chief People Officer to design and operationalize the People team and headcount-related budgets and manage the budgeting process
Responsible for legal compliance with applicable human resource federal and state requirements in all US jurisdictions in which we operate

The Senior People Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive people analytics program, as well as providing insights and recommendations to support the organization’s people strategy. Detailed Job Description The Senior People Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive people analytics program. This includes collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from a variety of sources, such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups. The Senior People Analyst is also responsible for developing reports and presentations to communicate the data and insights to key stakeholders. Additionally, the Senior People Analyst is responsible for providing insights and recommendations to support the organization’s people strategy. Job Skills Required
