Senior Industrial Designer Jobs in Georgia

2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, warehousing or a related field

Project and resource management experience

Identify facility design requirements based on activity levels, product dimensional profiles and product flow and transportation methods

Identify office equipment and facility up-fit requirements

Develop IT equipment (hardware and cabling) requirements based on activity levels and work content

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent related work or military experience

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design or related field, or equivalent education and experience

Extensive knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawing and models

Possesses a working knowledge of the company’s products’ purpose

Extensive knowledge of various computer aided design software, desktop publishing software, video creation and editing software

Minimum of five years of experience in Industrial Design or related field

Modifies and refines designs, using working models, to conform with customer specifications, production limitations, or changes in design trends

Minimum of 5 years of industrial engineering experience, focusing on assembly line optimization for large-scale intelligent robots

Automotive manufacturing and assembly experience is preferred

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Design and optimize assembly lines for industrial-sized intelligent robots

Strong time management and problem solving abilities.

Strong graphic design and illustration skills is a plus.

Knowledge of product construction and manufacturing techniques and processes.

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide technical specifications (product materials, colors, measurements, manufacturing processes and details) for each product so sampling and production can run accordingly.
