This is a full time, remote position. Hours of Operations during the Open Enrollment (OE) period are:
Last 3 days of OE Hours of Operations will be 8am-10pm ET
Respond effectively to all forms of inbound and outbound contacts.
Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems.
Process life event changes, demographic updates, disenrollment requests, and special enrollment periods as requested.
