Property Management Regional Director Jobs in Pennsylvania

A minimum of five years' experience of multi-site operations and or property management experience.

Achieve the highest possible portfolio net operating income through implementation of effective cost control and revenue management programs.

Supervise and lead the Regional Managers in your assigned portfolio.

Along with the Regional Managers, develop an efficient and coherent process to organize and support the properties in the portfolio.

Range of experience should include but is not limited to lease-ups, acquisitions, and due diligence.

4-6 Regional Property Managers at any given time

consists of both market-rate and affordable assets.

Ability to travel overnight twice a month

Proven track record of successful leadership

Proven background as a strong delegator who leads by example

Extensive understanding of case management practices/clinical documentation and knowledge of reimbursement methodologies

Regional Director of Care Management/Clinical Documentation Improvement

Effective leadership, human relations and communications skills

Analytical and conceptual system-thinking and the ability to manage multiple projects

Travel Requirement is approximately 25%

Current RN license and Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8-10 years' experience required. Master's Degree preferred.
