Own and manage meeting room coordination and room calendar management.
Conduct clerical duties as needed, including general office and supply management.
Have knowledge of the Employee Relations Incentive Budget and ensure the site is tracking to appropriate planning and spend.
Manage and complete expense reports for General Manager, Senior Leader(s) if applicable, and yourself as needed.
Manage complex calendars and scheduling with diplomacy and discretion.
Complete all other support tasks that may arise for day to day as required and as requested by the General Manager.
