Manage a team of Travel Coordinators supporting 24/7 airline operations

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a travel and/or airline position

Guide, supervise, empower, and develop the skills and abilities of all Crew Services Team Members

Management of department coverage concerns and overtime

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Crew Services Manager

Ensure policies, practices, and guidelines that are developed by the Crew Services Manager are implemented

4-year degree from an accredited university, or equivalent additional experience

Extensive knowledge of landscape design, installation, and maintenance, particularly regarding turf and plant management principles and applications.

Perform conflict management with subordinate employees.

Associate’s degree (two-year degree) or certification program of comparable length

Experience with complicated practices and precedents.

Ensuring all tracking forms are properly filled out and critical documentation is properly stored for record-keeping requirements.

Assist Park Manager with administrative tasks.
