Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Requisite experience

Manage on-time shipping and on-time delivery metrics for each carrier

Work closely with finance to support any invoice or billing issues/corrections

Partnering with Finance to enhance our forecasting models around shipping expenses

Expanding on how we communicate with our carriers to enhance the information shared with our customers to enhance their experience

A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in global operations, supply chain management, or related areas.

Degree in Management, Business or Public Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

A minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing cross-functional category teams.

Experience developing strategic solutions based on client needs, using data for decision-making, and proposing recommendations.

Strong collaboration skills for achieving organization-wide strategic objectives and priorities.

Proven leadership in steering and managing multiple strategic initiatives.
