Manage pre-hire and post-hire onboarding process; coordinate and schedule new hire onboarding, IT orientation, and first day meetings
Assist with benefits administration to ensure timely enrollment of benefits for new hires and processing of benefit changes and terminations
Working knowledge of Human Resources best practices, policies, procedures and federal and state laws
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
