This includes monitoring and controlling the flow of aircraft, coordinating with other air traffic control personnel, and ensuring the safety of all aircraft in the airspace. The Control Tower Agent must be able to interpret and apply FAA regulations, as well as maintain a high level of situational awareness. The Control Tower Agent must also be able to communicate effectively with pilots, other air traffic control personnel, and other personnel in the control tower.
