Job Description

UX/UI Designer

USA-based remote

$115,000 base + benefits


We are partnered with a Digital Health organization that is changing lives and looking to bring in their first in-house UX/UI Designer to assist them in their product growth. If you are an experienced designer that is looking to join a company with large impact, this might be the role for you!


Responsibilities 👀


  • Establish and maintain a cohesive UI experience across all platforms and devices
  • Balance designing for user needs, patient outcomes, and revenue impact
  • Conduct and iterate upon feedback from users and analytics
  • Work across product and operations teams to develop and define project requirements and business strategies
  • Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes


Requirements ✅


  • A cohesive portfolio showcasing successful design projects
  • Experience working in SaaS, e-commerce, or telehealth is a huge plus
  • 2-4 years experience as a UX/UI Designer
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in an Agile software development environment
