Job Description

Starting wage: $12.00 + Performance-based tier pay!

Hours: Full-time or part-time: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Location: Employment will begin in-office, with the option to move to hybrid-remote after meeting team's Standard of Excellence

UTILITY HOA SPECIALIST

Overview

As an HOA specialist, you will help our clients manage notices and violations that the association sends for their homes. This is a data entry type position with little variation to the daily tasks. If you like having a set process, and the ability to push yourself to achieve high rates, while maintaining a high level of accuracy, then this position is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

  • Process violation notices and bills from HOAs
  • No phone usage
  • Utilize Conservice software to input data from violations and dues notices

Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent
