On travel time is currently seeking highly motivated people to work remotely booking vacations, cruises, and other leisure activities for clients. Our team works in multiple time zones across the United States and Mexico, which allows for a flexible work schedule while providing exceptional service. You can work from any location with the ability to set your own hours. You even earn commission on your own travel bookings!

We work directly with a number of major vendors and suppliers including Carnival Cruises, Princess, Universal, Expedia, and more. You have access to daily online training opportunities, specialized certifications, and more discounts and travel perks than you can count. You can learn and earn while you travel all over the world! Certification and Training are provided.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Research, create, and execute exceptional itineraries for clients.

· Review client travel requirements to ensure you can customize a trip specially designed to meet their needs.

· Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travel

· Provide exceptional customer service to clients.

· Attend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers to become specialized in specific destinations.

· Review and plan trips according to the client’s budget

· Book travel needs (airfare, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, special event, sporting tickets, etc.)

· Effectively communicate with clients pre- and post-travel for clients

· Network with tour operators regarding packages that you can offer clients.

Requirements:

· Must be at least 18 years of age.

· Must be eligible to work in the United States

· Proficiency in English (speak/read/write)

· Must own a mobile device or computer with internet access.

· Must be able to effectively communicate with clients

· Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
