Team Description
The CIMS Learning team is a solution-generating force that helps bring strategic support to our frontline teams. These solutions need to be scalable to support millions of customers worldwide. In addition to troubleshooting on the customer side, we work with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within our client's organization to develop better tools and services to improve our products based on the evolving needs of our users. As a cross-functional and global team, it's our job to help keep the lights on and systems running smoothly.
The Training Coordinator is responsible for the structure, maintenance and troubleshooting of the Learning Management System. This will include the content creation and uploading across internal and external systems. You will support the team by managing content building for all e-learning content that is developed, ensuring that it is uploaded properly and accurately configured in the system. You will also serve as a system support specialist, answering customer questions as they come. This will include managing the system architecture and content deployment within the system to provide a good user experience and allow for consistent data and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain all CIMS tooling documentation across the Training Coordination space, updating as needed
- Communicate directly with customers and stakeholders to assess and document their LMS-related requests
- Routing Tier 3 Support issues to Intellum Support, CIMS Eng or Stakeholder Content teams
- Train new customers and stakeholders on CIMS tool suite (Intellum/Evolve)
- Meet with customers and stakeholders to provide custom LMS-related solutions for training deployment and delivery
- Supporting all Tier 2 Tickets end user issues and scaled admin solution
- Liaise with CIMS team regularly to provide updates on assigned PA partnerships across all timezones
- Provide daily project updates on ongoing setup and maintenance of content
- Upload, manage, and organize training content created in-house to the LMS
- Complete special projects to be added as required by the CIMS Learning team
- Maintaining content structure and identifying when content needs to be reviewed/updated
Minimum Qualifications:
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Technical Background experience with troubleshooting
- Detail Oriented
- Process driven, with the ability to recommend and implement changes for process improvement
- Excellent listening and communication skills (written and verbal). Strong judgment with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- HTML or related coding experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or Computer Science, or equivalent 2 years experience is required
- Experience in automation, operational excellence, or continuous improvement techniques
- Learning Management System knowledge (Intellum preferred)
- Knowledge of product support models and troubleshooting steps
- Knowledge of learning development lifecycles
- Working knowledge of Google Ads or other Google product(s) and demonstrated passion for the user experience
- Experience with industry training standards (SCORM/e-learning/AICC)
Pay: $25/hour on W2
