As a Tech Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients.   • Troubleshoot technical issues related to Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Hubspot, Asana, and other software.
  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide training and support to clients on how to use our software and tools effectively.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications


  • Experience with Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Hubspot, Asana, and other software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
