- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Hubspot, Asana, and other software.
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide training and support to clients on how to use our software and tools effectively.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Experience with Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Hubspot, Asana, and other software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
