We are currently seeking a Tech Lead - Java Full Stack Developer to join our team in Frisco , Texas (US-TX) , United States (US) .

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to complete and discuss a full stack coding exercise
• Ability to lead a team of developers independently
• Work with other developers, designers, and product managers to develop new features consistent with the product roadmap
• Experience in HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, CSS other JavaScript libraries
• Working experience with BDD using Cucumber and gherkin
• Learn and absorb new technologies quickly, be a strong team player and rapidly adapt to changing business and customer demands
• Timely development, testing, and release of frontend experiences.
• Gradle or similar build automation tools
• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Be innovative, contributing ideas and working with constituents to evaluate and propose approaches that balance speed to market with code quality
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles
• Work with a variety of web products and applications in a full software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience in Agile SCRUM delivery with preference to SAFe methodologies
• Keen attention to detail, aligning with client’s high standard of quality.
• Knowledge on Public cloud services
• Maintain awareness of technology developments that affect either a user’s ability to use our products or extend new product potential
• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
• Perform coding, testing, documentation, and implementation of websites including cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and search engine optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices
• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
• Hands on experience with 'No SQL' like Mongo etc.
• Experience in Distributed source control systems such as Git, GitHub.
• Build out encapsulated reusable components.
• Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and/or other software containerization
• 3+ years’ Experience with DevOps tools: Gradle, Jenkins, SonarQube, Junit, Splunk, OpenShift Cloud Platform
• 5+ years’ experience in jUnit and mocking frameworks like mockito
