Job Description

A Systems Administrator – Level I will be responsible for day-to-day support to client computer infrastructure. This will include maintaining, deploying, supporting, and replacing various computer, system, and network components in each customer environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, strong drive to want to learn and loves tech while helping others. Youʼll do this independently and with the help of a greater team.


Responsibilities:

• Work closely with client and provide day-to-day support

• Troubleshoot, manage, and maintain client computer infrastructure

• Attend weekly team meetings & provide client updates

• Create and maintain clear and concise documentation

• Anticipate, prevent, and eliminate technical problems and implement efficient fixes.

• Gather and update necessary information and communicate to appropriate parties.

• Assist team members with other duties and any additionally assigned tasks

• Work as part of a greater team to support your client in a holistic manner


Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years of IT-related experience

• Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking

• Strong attention to detail in problem-solving and documentation

• Experience supporting & maintaining Windows Desktop OS & Windows Server OS

• Networking exposure – understanding networking fundamentals such as routing, switching, DNS, etc.

• Cybersecurity focus or security focus approach to IT

• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

• Understand the difference between a physical and virtual machine

• Cloud computing experience a plus but not required

• Industry certifications a plus but not required

• All other experience a plus but not required as well
