What will I be doing

As a Front Desk Supervisor you would be responsible for performing your position's responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following activities to the highest standards:

  • Coordinate solutions quickly when guests experience problems
  • Ensure guest needs are responded to in a timely and efficient manner
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
  • Assist and guide the front office team members through their daily duties and responsibilities, while maintaining a positive work environment
  • Able to make reasonable and professional decisions. Communicate pertinent shift information to the next shift and direct supervisor

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 2 years hotel front desk or closely related experience
  • High School/GED
  • Minimum 90 days cash handling experience
