Job Description

Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the Office of Workforce Development Summer Youth program. The Summer Youth Program is for individuals 14-24 years old. The staff person will be the point of contact for both worksites and youth participants.
Duties include: creating workshops, developing worksites, counseling participants, handling workplace concerns and payroll issues, tracking and monitoring data and services, and other duties associated with the summer youth program. Staff person may support the year around youth program and perform compliance and quality assurance checks on all youth programs.
Other duties as assigned.
This is a grant funded position. 20-24 hours per week for the summer.
