JOB SUMMARY: The studio coordinator is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction at the studio. This position is responsible for organizing the work-flow at the front desk, scheduling and following-up with buyers, and assisting the consultants and/or studio management with any tasks as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Organize and maintain the work-flow at the front desk including, but not limited to:
  • Greeting buyers and explaining the browse documents & process
  • Preparing buyer files for final appointments
  • Maintaining studio lot files
  • Answering phones
  • Scheduling and confirming buyer appointments
Administrative support not directly related to buyers:
  • Keeping the studio neat and in order
  • Scheduling the weekly staff meetings and helping to draft the agenda
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Delivering starts packages to the main office
  • Updating of studio reports
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education
  • High school diploma; college degree preferred
Experience
  • Experience in the homebuilding or retail industries preferred.
  • Experience in the following fields desired: customer service, sales & marketing
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Must be highly organized and self-motivated with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Position will split time between both the East and West design centers.
  • Must have excellent communications skills, particularly with regard to customer service.
