Sr Business Analyst Jobs

This is a hybrid remote position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office on bi-monthly basis, or more frequently, such as in the event of a department-wide meeting, depending on business necessity. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 2 hour commute to Temple, Tx
Duties of the position:

• Provide weekly status reports to ensure everyone included in the project understands major milestones, timelines, and whether assigned projects are on track to meet expected delivery dates.
• Leading the change management process from conception to installation.
• Manage the relationship between the business units and MBIS from a subject manager expert's POV.
• Ensure business Objectives are being met by defining requirements and influencing to address short- and long-term solutions.
• Develop and maintain workflows, swim lanes, mock screens and other visual aids to demonstrate how the solution should be created and effectively communicate to project team members.

MINIMUM REQS:

• Be able to work in stressful situations where time demands are high and can discern priorities.
• Detail oriented and able to work on many different assignments at one time with demonstrated follow through and commitment to customer service.
• Ability to demonstrate effective project methodology
• Be an effective planner, organizer, trouble shooter, and self-starter.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in retail, procurement, warehouse operations, transportation, or financial systems. Master's degree preferred.
• Be able to work effectively without a lot of supervision or direction.
• Possess strong analysis, organizational, oral and written communication skills.
• Project Management certification or working to accomplish certification. 8 years of broad-based experience in specific and related disciplines of the business.
