This job contributes to Starbucks success by imagining, creating and delivering innovative Sustainable Packaging & Reusables products and program strategies for our customers, partners and the business. Uses Customer and Partner-centric mindset to identify new opportunities and define problems to solve. Manages performance of programs against operating plans and budgets to achieve Starbucks sustainability, financial and business objectives, ensuring optimal results for Customers, Partners, Starbucks business, brand and our Planet. Works cross functionally to ensure successful test or launch of products and projects. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
As a senior manager, Business Strategy, Partner & Customer Solutions, you will…
  • Leverage customer and partner insights and data to present and support new ideas and business opportunities – including identifying gaps in project/program knowledge and briefing research to uncover and fully define the problem and/or opportunity
  • Take a leadership role in the ongoing partnership with peers and cross functional teams, driving Sustainable Packaging & Reusables strategies to achieve business and brand goals, and consistently delivering successful projects
We’d Love To Hear From People With
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience or four years US military experience in a related MOS/C
  • Avid problem solver passionate about delivering exceptional customer and partner experiences
  • Demonstrated experience in a role leading the development of new or existing products or strategies that are highly complex from conception to implementation in highly ambiguous environments
