We are seeking an experienced and strategic individual to join OpenTable’s Global Partnerships team as Senior Manager. The Global Partnerships team at OpenTable is a small, impactful, fast-paced team responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing strategic partnerships aligned with the company’s growth plans. The ideal candidate will be hyper focused on driving and managing partnerships that add strategic value to OpenTable’s consumer and restaurant business. This is a role with global scope and fit for an individual comfortable with both building strategy and driving execution.
In This Role, You Will
  • End to end business development execution, with a particular focus on the commerce line of business, including but not limited to Point-of-Sale and Payments
  • Provide regular communications to senior management on partnerships strategy and results
  • Own and manage external partner relationships focused on meeting partnership timelines and critical metrics
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional collaborators across product, engineering, marketing, legal and sales teams
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis as necessary to assess opportunities, make decisions, and influence partners
  • Structure partnerships that increase exposure for OpenTable and accelerate user growth worldwide
  • Creating a strategy and OKRs, and plan to build out a pipeline for long term prospects across the relevant partnership ecosystem
  • Prospecting and evaluating various leads to determine how they might fit company goals
Please Apply If
  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • Ability to build strategic plans from scratch and creative thinking
  • Demonstrated track record working with product, engineering, sales and marketing teams to develop partnerships that deliver growth, brand exposure, and creative benefits for users
  • Experience negotiating and closing deals
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and make thoughtful recommendations and action plans
  • Experience in consulting or investment banking a plus
  • At least 8+ years of experience working with consumer technology companies
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and be highly productive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and a sense of urgency around delivering on goals
  • Experience working with C-level

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this United States located role is $130,000-$160,000.
In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: annual cash bonus; health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits.
