GENERAL FUNCTION
The Brand Sales Consultant is responsible for achieving sales objectives and growing sales volume for Signet Amorlite & KODAK products within an assigned territory. Responsible for growing Eye Care Professional (ECP) business and customer loyalty through Sigent Armorlite’s products, marketing strategies, customer trainings, customer service excellence and business analysis.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • All duties to be performed according to the established standard and in compliance with all company policies and procedures while maintaining regular, prompt attendance and availability for work (weekends/evenings) as needed
  • Communicates with District Sales Manager regularly regarding personal growth, sales results, and plans of action
  • Monitors changes in market, competitor activity & in-depth analysis to determine account volume & potential
  • Uses consultative selling approach to build strong relationship with ECPs, grow branded and overall products to consistently achieve sales goals
  • Conducts highly effective account seminars & Trainings for large and small audiences on Signet Armorlite’s products and promotions
  • Anticipates and addresses customer needs and issues proactively, resolves customer issues in a timely manner and uses the opportunity to build a stronger relationship. Partners with lab when addressing customer needs while maintaining a professional brand image.
  • Demonstrates an obsession for customer service through customer involvement
  • Uses consultative selling approach with customers that drives immediate sales and establishes long-term business partnership
  • Develops call schedules & manages budget to effectively plan territory activities (travel, seminars, etc)
  • Partners with lab personnel on account opportunities, successful customer relations & achievement of sales objectives
  • Uses analytical tools and software applications effectively to manage Territory accounts (SFDC, Rx Analysis, Profit Analyzer, Price-File Maintenance)
  • Utilizing the knowledge gained through ride-alongs, call-ins and other communication with Manager to achieve overall objectives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ years of business or outside sales experience in multiple business segments with strong closing skills demonstrated sales results
  • Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Prezi, iPad)
  • Motivated self -starter, organized, cooperative, excellent prioritization and organization skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Must be able to travel overnight (by plane and/or car)
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, highly skilled at public speaking and large presentations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Optical industry experience
  • Experience with Salesforce.com

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
