Reporting to the VP of Sales- Asia, the Manager will be responsible for wholesale accounts and supporting CRO and VP of Sales – Asia on franchise partners. The role is responsible for driving sales and achieving sales plans.
Responsibilities:
- Work with VP to accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, yearly revenue plans by account.
- Prepare sales tools to help achieve/reach revenue targets – i.e., Product Knowledge Packets, Reorders/margin builder packages, swaps proposals, sales incentives.
- Prepare and attend international market tradeshows in Paris at minimum 2 times a year. This includes outreach for appointments, sample organization, and budget preparation.
- Partner with the VP of Sales to establish revenue targets and achieve continuous growth across international wholesale and franchise business.
- Aggressively target untapped territories and growth opportunities in regions where we have limited/no distribution.
- Research and complete competitive analysis; monitor relevant market trends and communicates to internal partners when appropriate
- Work closely with internal cross-functional partners to ensure account needs are being met (Customer Service, Logistics, Planning, Merchandising, Finance).
- Provide in-season and end of season hindsight and selling/produce feedback.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and influential skills
- Ability to think strategically and then follow up operationally.
- 5+ years relevant experience in wholesale/franchise within the luxury/contemporary fashion industry
- Ability to multitask and work in a hands-on environment, entrepreneurial mindset
- Good analytical ability with proven problem-solving skills
- Strong computer literacy (Excel, Powerpoint) and numerical sense.
- Strong understanding of the Asia Pacific market and culture
