As an SDR you'll work directly with passionate founders and the sales team to generate exciting opportunities as well as:

💼 Achieve or exceed your monthly quota with style by generating high-quality sales meetings.

💼 Scout, research, and qualify leads with the potential to become our next big sale. You've got a nose for success!

💼 Establish the company brand and leave a lasting impression on the market. You're a brand-building superstar!

💼 Nurture and qualify inbound leads with finesse via phone, email, and social channels. Your charm is irresistible!

💼 Collaborate closely with the rockstar Sales and Marketing teams to continuously improve our systems, processes, and lead quality.

💼 Be the master of CRM data. Your organizational skills will be put to the test!

Skills:

🎓 Bachelor's degree

🚀 1+ years (or 2+ for the Senior SDR) of proven success as an enterprise software SDR.

🗣️ Excellent written and oral communication skills. No question can catch you off guard!

💪 Exceptional interpersonal skills. You build rapport with executives like nobody's business.

⏰ Quick and efficient learner with tech and computer skills. CRM systems and Microsoft products are your allies.

Compensation:

Base salaries between $60k-$70k and OTE up to $100k
