Job Description

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Writes and merchandises orders in designated chain accounts
  • Attends product and business training sessions and division meetings
  • Build displays that meet supplier and company guidelines
  • Maintains and submits required reports in a timely manner
  • Maintains proper product rotation on all date sensitive products
  • Responsible for proper inventory and reorganizing back stock, refill cold boxes, shelves, displays and dust product as needed
  • Additional duties as assigned by management
  • Responsible for communicating corporate programs to chain accounts
  • Communicates with and takes direction from account personnel, management, Sales Representatives and store personnel on a regular basis and reports problems in the proper timeframe
  • Assists all divisions in display reset projects
  • Assist in running vacation routes
  • Required to work (regular or overtime) or provide on call support on any day, may include nights, weekends and holidays
  • Assists Sales Representatives with rebates and coupons within assigned accounts as needed
  • Able to understand and complete all necessary training provided by the company as necessary
  • Works with chain division to execute and merchandise all monthly chain programs

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience required
  • Experience of one (1) to three (3) years in grocery, liquor or industry experience preferred
  • Valid driver license, insurance and satisfactory driving record required
  • Experience in distribution and/or sales environment preferred
