A major sportwear and footwear company in Beaverton OR is looking for a Human Resources Direct Advisor to join their team. This person is joining a growing HR team that supports internal employees across North and South America. This individual will be assisting internal employees through phone, email and chat. The team is looking for a candidate with strong communication skills who is confident communicating through multiple types of channels. The ideal candidate has recent experience fielding a high volume of calls on a daily basis and has a general HR background. This individual can be remote but need to be able to work PST hours.
Overview
-At least one year of experience handling high volume of calls in call center environment -1 year of customer service or human resources experience -Associates degree or higher
Nice to Have
-Experience using SAP, specifically Workday -Experience in payroll: know how to read a pay statement or can confidently navigate tax forms
