Location: WFH - ONLY FOR COLORADO RESIDENTS

Shift: Flexible between 6am-7pm (MST)

Pay Rate

$18/hour

$18.50/hour If candidate speaks both English and Spanish

What You Will Be Doing

• Answering back-to-back calls, to provide caring and knowledgeable assistance to members and providers
• Thoroughly and completely documenting all customer interactions
• Responding to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner regarding benefits, eligibility, claims payment and authorizations

The right candidate will have:

• 1 year of Healthcare, Medical, or Health Insurance experience required
• Positive personality and lots of energy that comes through clearly over the phone
• English + Spanish is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to resolve basic IT issues without assistance
• 2 years of proven Call Center experience
