Job Description

Receptionist

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual, working for

a modern and dynamic company that encourages Freedom and Responsibility. Our LA campus is a fast-paced and expanding operation with a variety of Workplace needs. We are looking for a hands-on, customer-focused individual to help keep pace within our growing and exciting work environment.

The successful candidate will be proactive and creative with a cheerful disposition. Reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager, the Receptionist will act as the first point of contact for the office, being stationed at the front desk.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage distribution of access badges for all new and current employees
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the reception areas
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal employees upon guests arrival
  • Create an inclusive environment by greeting guests, candidates, and visitors with a personable and genuine approach
  • Work cross functionally with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with security and admin teams
  • Assist the Workplace Experience and Operations Team with special projects as needed
  • Assign, monitor, and complete employee requests via help desk ticketing system
  • Coordinates with the security team to respond to emergencies and ensure safe, efficient egress during building evacuations
  • Create and distribute parking placards for all new and current employees
  • Perform administrative tasks such as compiling reports, performing audits, tracking data, scanning, etc.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years administrative support experience
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented
  • Friendly and professional disposition, with the ability to maintain successful relationships with Workplace personnel and our cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive; seeks innovative solutions to problems.
  • Compensation: $25.00 per hour
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a clear understanding of the company culture and an excitement to move it forward
  • Experience with Google Drive (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) is preferred
