Quality Manager

Quality Manager (New Kensington/Murrysville)

The Quality Manager for our Sleep & Respiratory Care business will oversee a small team and will be responsible for managing various systems and processes related to QMS, operations quality, and systems engineering.

Your role:

  • Managing personnel within quality engineering, manufacturing technicians, and quality control.
  • Exposure to a wide variety of different products within Philips Sleep & Respiratory Care business and the opportunity to tackle unique challenges that will vary from day to day.
  • Managing activities related to production and process controls, holds, NCM, process validation, inspection, calibration, CAPAs, and audits for both new product introductions and sustaining activities.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’re an energetic people leader with a well-rounded background in Quality Management within the medical device industry.
  • You have a BS in business or technical field related to logistics/manufacturing or equivalent work experience. ASQ certified preferred.
  • Your skills include QMS, audits, CAPAs, production and process controls, and process validation acceptance activities. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with design quality ,NPI, and post market quality.
  • You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in Medical Device people leadership preferably. Post market design and system quality management experience is a good fit.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office position.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $96,850 to $145,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, is offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
