Shady Grove Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Quality Analyst who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.
As a Quality Analyst you will:
- Accurately performs monthly close activities using established operating
- Provides timely, actionable data and analysis with recommended actions to
•Performs ongoing surveillance of clinical and patient safety event data to •identify and communicate opportunities for improved patient outcomes and
trends indicating (potential) operational/clinical issues
- Serves as subject matter expert for patient quality and safety performance
- Administers users, tables, forms, reports and processes within the AHC event
management practices.
- Executes test scripts and performs maintenance for assigned systems
Qualifications include:
- Minimum of five years relevant experience, including at least three years in position of progressive responsibility.
- Minimum two years direct experience with quality and regulatory/accreditation affairs.
- Bachelor’s degree required
