Overview

At Oracle, we work together to help organizations across all industries achieve more with less. In partnering with our customers––more than 400,000 organizations––we’re creating the future, solving the world’s hardest problems, and having a great time while making a great impact.
The Corporate Systems team is responsible for Oracle’s internal systems and their use in facilitating Oracle's transformation from a product to a service-oriented company alongside continued growth and ongoing operational excellence.
As Project Manager, you will support transformation executives and these transformation efforts, with a focus on both project management and administrative support. You will work closely with the executives’ teams on various projects to drive our ongoing transformation and operational excellence activities. This may include, but is not limited to, conducting research and gathering relevant information to support decision-making and project execution, participating in task forces and ensuring the appropriate follow up actions are taken, developing and managing project plans, facilitating effective communication among team members and stakeholders, and preparing and presenting status reports. From an administrative support perspective, you will be responsible for tasks including, but not limited to, calendar management, expense submission, travel arrangements, event coordination, supply ordering, maintenance requests, and employee onboarding and offboarding. You will represent the executives whom you support with professionalism and approachability in both written and verbal communications.

What you bring:

  • A keen awareness of time and deadlines, so especially when juggling multiple projects or faced with tight deadlines, all activities are completed in a high-quality manner within required timeframes
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to excellence
  • ++ Bonus points if you have strong design, video, PowerPoint, Excel, and/or reporting skills
  • Experience anticipating needs, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and pivot quickly when necessary
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to liaise effectively on behalf of executives
  • Relevant project management and administrative experience

Benefits of this role:

  • Collaboration with talented and motivated people across Oracle
  • The option to work 100% remotely
  • Meaningful work that contributes directly to the success of hundreds of thousands of Oracle customers, employees, and partners
  • A leadership team that supports your development and growth
  • A culture that values inclusion and diversity, in a positive and flexible working environment

Does this sound like you? If so, we hope to meet you!
