Program Manager (On-Site) Jobs

Oversees the implementation and maintenance of functional business programs.

Undertakes daily tasks such as coordinating meetings, recording meeting notes, and distributing notes to the team. Documents and regularly updates all program requirements and objectives. Assists the Program Mangers (PMs) in the creation of detailed program plans with timelines and key milestones; Monitors progress against assigned activities and tasks and provides periodic updates. Oversees all aspects of data and records management for the program management team. Maintains real-time calendar of upcoming project events and drive end-to-end logistics support for events (attendance, zoom set up, calendar invites, etc.). Provides ad-hoc reporting as needed. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Performs other duties as assigned.
