Job Description

Summary

*This is an on-site position in Shreveport, LA*
As a member of a world class team, the Production Supervisor will perform the daily operations of plant to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Responsible for managing work and performance of hourly team members. Coach and mentor hourly team members.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Act as liaison between employees and management.
  • Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmark and standards.
  • Select, hire, train, develop, and provide ongoing leadership and feedback to assigned areas hourly population.
  • Hourly team management of employees.
  • Manage operations in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • OR Associate's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • OR High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing
