With a focus on Farmer First, our Production Supervisors, located in Paris, IL play a critical role leading a team of production employees to achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly results. AGCO is a Fortune 300 company and a leader in the agriculture industry. The Paris, IL facility is growing and has doubled in size over the past 18 months with multi-million dollar production schedules month over month. We ae in search of a person who enjoys leading others to achieve a common goal - Provide Farmer-focused Solutions to Sustainably Feed Our World.

What You Will Do

• Assign resources to different processes as needs fluctuate
• Schedule overtime as needed
• Help implement new processes that improve, safety, quality, and efficiency
• Build and enhance relationships with production personnel
• Track attendance and record timesheets for payroll processing
• Remove systematic problems that prevent the efficient production of finished goods
• Ensure focus on safety for all team members
• Make decisions related to the production of finished goods

What You Will Bring

• Ability to use Time and Attendance and Production Systems
• 3 years of previous Manufacturing Supervisor experience
• High School Diploma required, Bachelors Degree Preferred

A Plus If You Have

• Continuous Improvement Project Experience
• Strong Communication Skills – Verbal & Written
• Bachelors Degree Preferred
