Mod Op, LLC is a full-service advertising agency with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, Portland, Dallas, Kansas City, Cleveland, Panama City, Panama, and Toronto, Canada. Thanks to ongoing growth-by-acquisition directed by our dynamic former-venture-capitalist CEO and our team of industry leaders, Mod Op can offer you a generous time-off package, access to low-cost, high-quality health care options, and a team of enthusiastic, collaborative, and motivated coworkers who see career development and personal development as intertwined.
The primary role of the Creative Studio Production Coordinator (PC) at Mod Op is to support the Director of production on all Creative Studio projects. Those projects could include live action, 2D and 3D animation, photography, experiential, and post production. The PC will help support Creative Studio projects from estimating to production to post production, and to project close. The PC will be responsible for setting up projects in Mod Op’s financial and project-tracking software NetSuite/OpenAir, sourcing freelance resources for projects, and building project schedules.
The PC will function as a bridge between the Mod Op production process and its execution in the field. Collaborating with internal Directors and external Line Producers, the PC will prepare productions for on-time, on-budget delivery, while positioning the creative staff for success. The PC will participate in multiple, active productions at once and will be asked to constantly negotiate the production value, timeframe, and budgetary triangle. The PC will be pivotal in managing assets as well as organizing and optimizing the project file structure.
Secondarily, the Mod Op PC will be asked to participate in the new business development process by tracking opportunities and creating estimates as needed.
