Pm Server- Restaurant Jobs

The restaurant server works under the direction of the Food & Beverage Manager. The primary responsibilities include delivering food and drinks to guests in a professional manner and providing exceptional service to your guests.

Duties & Functions

Deliver prompt, excellent service to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
Clear and reset tables
When complete, retrieve order from kitchen, confirm its accuracy, and deliver to guests along with appropriate condiments
Handle cash transactions in accordance with the property’s cash handling policy
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards and guest relations and etiquette
Knowledge of appropriate table settings, service ware and menu items
Assist busser with clearing and setting tables
Maintains current knowledge of the Chatwal Lodge culture, amenities, and services, events in the area, points of interest, and services in the area
All other tasks and duties as assigned
