Job Description

The ideal candidate for the Personal Assistant position would have a background in social media, political science, or digital media, with or without a degree. They should possess excellent organizational and administrative skills, capable of managing calendars, travel arrangements, and other day-to-day tasks efficiently. Proficiency in social media management and content creation would be a valuable asset, contributing to the company's online presence and engagement. Their understanding of political systems and current affairs would enable effective communication and engagement with stakeholders. The candidate should also demonstrate adaptability, strong research and analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Recommended)

  • Proficiency in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


Communication Skills:

  • Experience in social media management, content creation, and the ability to write engaging and persuasive copy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders, including high-profile individuals and political contacts.
  • Ability to draft professional correspondence, emails, and reports with attention to detail and accuracy.


Social Media Management:

  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms (such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram) and knowledge of social media analytics tools.
  • Ability to develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engage with audiences, and monitor online conversations.
  • Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize reach and engagement.


Research and Analysis:

  • Familiarity with conducting digital media research, analyzing trends, and using data to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to conduct political research, monitor news and media outlets, and stay updated on relevant political events and developments.
  • Strong research skills to gather information, analyze data, and provide concise summaries or reports.
