Operations Manager Jobs

TotalCare is looking for an Operations Manager to help our clinics run smoothly. This is an entry level health care administration role at one of the top medical groups in Southern California with significant growth potential as we expand. You will be working closely with the Managing Director, a Harvard MBA, to support our providers and staff in serving over 20,000 patients a year in primary care and urgent care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of care standards are met
• Work closely with the Managing Director and other Operations Manager to develop and execute daily and weekly action plans to meet performance goals
• Assist patients with their questions, problems, and complaints
• Supervise a team of 10 medical assistants
• Assist with training and onboarding new hires
• Oversee day-to-day operations at 1 to 3 locations (our offices are in Chino, El Monte, Eastvale, Corona, Irvine, and San Bernardino)
• Help keep our clinics clean and organized

Qualifications

• Clear, effective communicator
• Eager to learn
• 2 years of work experience, ideally in a retail leadership role
• Attentive to detail
• Bachelor’s degree
• Self-directed, proactive and enjoys taking charge of situations
• Efficient
• Excels at multi-tasking and prioritizes effectively
