Title: Operations Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Skinny Confidential is looking for an Operations Coordinator who will support all efforts related to customer service, replenishment and shipping to ensure timely fulfillment of all orders. Specifically, the coordinator will perform various administrative and operational tasks to support the smooth functioning of a company's daily operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with suppliers to stay up-to-date on product updates and delivery delays.
• Additional responsibilities as required
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operations efficiency and facilitate new product launches and special promotions.
• Maintain inventory management system and update e-commerce and ERP platforms with inventory and product information.
• Identify opportunities to reduce expenses, increase revenue, and improve the customer experience.
• Address all customer needs, including processing refunds, returns, exchanges, shipment issues, wholesale orders, and invoicing.
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage orders in Zendesk, Shopify and ERP software.
• Schedule product shipments and deliveries with logistics partners.
• Liaise with leadership and cross-functional partners to support new business initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong passion and belief in The Skinny Confidential’s mission and community
• You've demonstrated a strong ability to manage and develop relationships internally and with external partners in order to oversee and execute projects effectively to completion.
• You have 2 or more years of experience in a similar role within CPG or beauty.
• You're comfortable working with external suppliers, 3PL and supply chain partners.

The Skinny Confidential offers competitive salaries and benefits to all employees. Compensation is determined upon the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors. The starting salary range for this position is $45-55k annually.
