Your Responsibilities The Office Assistant is a PART-TIME position that will support the administration team with clerical functions. Our ideal candidate will: Assist Executive Assistant in managing calendars and scheduling appointments. Operate office machines including copiers, scanners, personal computers, and other standard office equipment. Prepare letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions. Serve as the receptionist for the office, greeting visitors and applicants. Maintain filing systems either manually or electronically. Copy, sorts and file records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters. Maintain office supply inventory. Qualifications & Expectations: Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience preferred. Ability to exercise confidentiality. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
