Job Description

Front Desk for busy Office

Description

A very busy nephrology office is looking for a full time front desk/check-in person.
This is for our Liliha office.
Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-4:30 pm

Position: Greet patients, check-in (copy ins cards, collect co-pay, update demographics), check-out (make appointment, provide patient with summary and any referrals), prepping for clinics by verifying insurances and authorizations. Assist with phones as needed.

This position requires someone who enjoys engaging with the public and can maintain a pleasant demeanor. Attention to detail and ability to be consistently punctual is also required.
