About The Role


Responsible for leading the launch activities for a category within a brand by developing and executing launch projects to deliver all programs OTIF. Collaborates with all the Operations cross-functional team members to ensure that all necessary development, qualification, and execution activities of new products are completed in support of a successful launch. A Manager is expected to manage a portfolio of projects, which may vary between new product launches & supply chain design changes depending on the business needs.


Primary Responsibilities


  • Lead all project meetings and coordinate the seamless integration between all Operational, Product Development, Package Engineering, Creative, Marketing & Sales processes and functions involved in developing and launching new product
  • Lead the new product development process for all products for a designated category brand from concept generation to execution, ensuring timing, quantity and KPI targets are achieved
  • Establish and maintain an 18-month new product development calendar in conjunction with the brand and proactively drive the kick-off briefing process using a range of standard time plan templates that vary in duration according to product complexity
  • Consistently challenge and reduce the development lead-times by ensuring appropriate balanced risks are built into the original time plans, whilst ensuring all COGs, quality and service requirements are achieved/exceeded

Qualifications


  • Work well with cross-functional teams and take a leadership role within the team.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • Knowledge of MS Project or other project management-related software, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Understanding of new product development processes & stage gate approach
  • 5+ years project management experience
  • Exposure to production environment & interaction of packaging, process, manufacturing
  • Effective interpersonal skills are a must.


In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.


At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.


The pay range for this position is $69,000 – $111,000.


The range listed is just one component of Orveon’s total compensation package for employees. For full time positions other benefits include competitive bonuses, a generous Paid Time Off policy, Medical Benefits, Parental Leave, 401K, Gratis, Hybrid Working Environment, Summer Fridays, and Employee Discounts.
