  • Supporting new innovations: Identify and lead team to effectively articulate the problems to solve for the business through the development of new impact opportunities rooted in deep insights while fostering a culture of innovation, inspiring creative thinking in team and encouraging risk taking.
  • Identifying and managing financials, measurement, & evaluation: Develop and manage a measurement & evaluation portfolio to support FoodShare & hunger relief program results, closely monitor progress, facilitate impact reporting, and bring forward opportunities for further impact.
  • Leading others: Able to set goals and priorities for an overall working team, while focusing on developing organizational capability and modeling how we work together.
