Salary $100,000 - $145,000 per year


A Bit About Us


The Logistics Manager will be responsible for all supply chain function (Sales & Operations Planning, Warehousing, and Transportation).


Responsibilities


  • Market survey, trend analysis, and judgment
  • Represent the supply chain function as a member of the Business Management Team (BMT)
  • Oversee sales & operations planning, warehousing activities, and transportation.
  • Select and cultivate professional supply chain talent.
  • Plan, manage, coordinate, and execute global warehouse management.
  • Conduct and manage logistics contracts.
  • Execute cross-functions communication locally and globally.
  • Provide monthly BU SPP and TSM S&OP reports to the Procurement & Logistics Dept.
  • Enquiries and assessment of various investment projects
  • Create yearly budget planning and budget control.
  • Initiate and execute logistics optimization projects.
  • Supervise logistics activities, including raw & package materials, finished goods, domestic, exporting and importing.

Experience Requirement


  • Multi-culture experience with international/global companies a plus
  • 8+ years of chemical industry leadership experience in supply chain management, including production planning, warehousing, and transportation.
  • Team building and leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field
