Title: Junior Business Analyst

Location:100% Remote

Duration: Long Term

Preferably we look local to S. Florida 1st.

Jr.Level 2-3 years of Experience- will work and be supporting a team of Project Managers on numerous projects.

Exceptional Communications skills, both verbal/written/presentation skills.

Must be comfortable presenting to leadership teams financial analysis and forecasting on project budgets, timelines, and risks.

Mid Level - Business Analyst who has been or has experience in financial analysis and in managing project tracking, budgeting, and forcasting

Dual role as a Business Analyst / Financial supporting Project Management portfolio within PMO.

Able to communicate effectively and work closely with PMs and stakeholders, and project teams.

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker, problem solver, and collaborator who can effectively bridge the gap between finance and business.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis:

• Perform financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to assess project performance and identify areas of improvement.

1. Reporting and Tracking:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Monitor project financial metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track project financials, including budget utilization, cost variances, and revenue projections.
