Java Full Stack Developer

At Cognizant Digital Engineering, a small cross functional team comprised of a Product Manager, an Architect, Full-Stack Engineer/ Developers, Java Developer, Front end Developers, UI/UX designers and Big Data analysts builds higher quality software faster siloed individuals working independently. Across our US Studio system or within client development sites, our Digital Engineering teams ideate and develop innovative cloud-based solutions following a Lean-Agile process with DevOps culture. • Proven experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Looking for 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Application developer.
• Strong experience developing Web based applications using Core java (java 8+), Spring frameworks and Spring Boot. Demonstrate proficiency with Open-Source Technologies: JUnit, Log4J, Spring, Hibernate, JPA, Maven. Experience developing applications using JavaScript packages and Angular 2+ framework using Eclipse, IntelliJ, or any variant of Eclipse IDE.
• Demonstrate understanding of how to effectively manage source code with GIT
• Database programming using SQL and No-SQL (Should have basic understanding)
• Full stack dev/Backend should have Microservices, Sprint boot app dev experience in private, public cloud setting but can also have some level of expertise on Front-end and scripting tools/techniques.

• Must have - Java, Spring, NodeJS, SQL, JAVA 8, Spring boot, microservices
• Any Cloud, UI, SQL knowledge is good to have
• Must have - JIRA, Splunk, CI/CD tools etc.,
• Good communication skill (email and spoken)
• Must be committed and be available for all the client meetings, respond to all client emails. Be complaint with the cognizant policies, and process etc.,
• God analysis skills and problem-solving skills
