Looking for a Java Developer for a client located in New York.
Technical Skills:
- Experience working with and applying Design patterns to solve problems
- Extensive technical experience and development expertise in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets,Struts, Webservices, Java Script, JQuery and AJAX
- 5-7 years experience in Java-J2EE Development
- Good Knowledge in DB2
- Experience in financial industry is preferred
- Should be familiar with on-site off-shore delivery model
- Possess advanced knowledge of object-oriented design and development (OOA/OOD) and theJ2EE framework and data architectures
- Hands on experience in JBOSS and Websphere servers
- Understanding requirements and handling Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and Quality processes
Soft Skills:
- Have excellent time management, task planning and prioritization skills
- Enjoy working in a self-teaching, learning organization
- Able to adapt quickly to changing client requirements
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Able to multitask effectively
- Positive attitude
- Critical eye for detail
- Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
