Job Description

Responsibilities

§Investigate technical issues as a 1st line of defense and escalate to vendors if necessary

§Test code fixes and new implementation changes, and document test evidence.

§Coordinate user acceptance testing where necessary

§Perform upgrade testing and data reconciliations

§Prepare weekly/monthly reporting and reach out to stakeholders on data inconsistencies and questions

§Maintain implementation tracker

§Maintain data dictionary

§Answer questions from users and provide training material

§

Technical Knowledge:

•Skilled in SQL, Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience in BI Reporting Tools

•Application maintenance including data reconciliation, data architecture, and code deployment

•Previous experience with trading systems

•Understanding of data quality control

•Understanding of object-oriented principles and entity relationship diagrams (ERD)

Other Skills Required:

•Keeps up with a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines

•Big picture thinker that can provide risk assessment related to application development

•Understands the need for transparency with developers and focus on end user requirements

•Good analytical and writing skills, ability to understand users needs and provide feedback


Languages / Certifications / Skills:

§Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, Microsoft PowerPoint, SQL

§Exposure to coding in object-oriented language preferable


The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $95,000.
