We are looking for HVAC Service Technicians to install, maintain and repair indoor air quality systems, such as air conditioners. You will diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Responsibilities Of Our Next HVAC Service Technician

• Properly complete paperwork
• Repairs air conditioning, heating, control systems, along with humidity and temperature control systems for residential customers
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out
• Build strong customer relationships; build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams
• Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC equipment
• Performs timely and quality repairs in resolving customer complaints
• Keep your truck inventory up to date
• Provides preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
• Maintaining a clean and professional appearance
• Educating and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans

Requirements Of Our Next HVAC Service Technician

• EPA certified
• Ability to pass background check.
• Able to lift 75 pounds
• Excellent communication and customer service skills needed
• OSHA or NATE Certified a PLUS!
• Having and maintaining a clean driving record
• Minimum 2 years residential experience servicing and maintaining HVAC equipment
• Ability to work in attics and crawl spaces
